Although there is currently the visa amnesty scheme going on, allowing exceptions to the 90 day reporting, we would like to advise that (if possible) you should do the report as per usual.
There is an online platform for the 90 day report and even if this does not work for you, the immigration offices are reported to not be very busy at the moment.
